Janeal Shaw

JaNeal Shaw is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in education, management, and human resources. Currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Idaho Digital Learning and College of Eastern Idaho, JaNeal also holds the position of Founder and Chief Executive Officer at S&C Consulting, LLC. Prior roles include Project Administrator at Big-D Construction and Business Teacher at Sugar-Salem High School. JaNeal's expertise spans various industries, with significant experience in training and development, compensation analysis, and employee relations from previous roles at BYU-Idaho, Home Care Pulse, and Montessori Community School. JaNeal holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Consumer Science from the University of Utah, and an Associate degree in General Studies from Salt Lake Community College.
