Patricia Sullivan-Taylor has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Patricia Sullivan-Taylor completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Psychology at Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1986 to 1990. Following that, they pursued a Masters in Public Administration with a specialization in Health Care Management at Penn State University from 1994 to 1996, focusing on Quality Improvement in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Patricia also obtained additional certifications in Negotiation from the University of Windsor in February 2013 and received their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Global Institute in November 1999.
