Patricia Sullivan-Taylor

Patricia Sullivan-Taylor has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Patricia currently works as the Principal at Sullivan Strategic Solutions, where they provide leadership and support for various projects, including mental health access for veterans and families. Prior to this, they worked as an Accreditation Canada Surveyor, assessing healthcare organizations and providing coaching for continuous improvement. Patricia also served as the President of Council at the College of Nurses of Ontario and as the Executive Lead CEO Office at Accreditation Canada and Health Standards Organization. In these roles, they developed strategic partnerships, led global engagements, and secured funding for integrated care programs. Patricia has also held positions at the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, Health Quality Ontario, Canadian Institute for Health Information, and IBM Canada Ltd. Their experience includes directing health system funding policy, designing patient relations measurement frameworks, and delivering analytical and data infrastructure products. Patricia Sullivan-Taylor completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Psychology at Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1986 to 1990. Following that, they pursued a Masters in Public Administration with a specialization in Health Care Management at Penn State University from 1994 to 1996, focusing on Quality Improvement in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Patricia also obtained additional certifications in Negotiation from the University of Windsor in February 2013 and received their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Global Institute in November 1999.
