Marisol Ramos

Marisol Ramos is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Commonwealth Community Care since September 2017, specializing in chronic disease management, health promotion, and comprehensive care for adults with complex health conditions. In addition to clinical practice, Marisol serves as Adjunct Faculty at Elms College and has held the role of Residency Program Manager/Nurse Case Manager at Commonwealth Care Alliance since October 2008, focusing on supporting new RN graduates and elder care through the SCO Program. Marisol's academic credentials include a Post Master's Certificate in Advanced Practice and a Master of Science in Nursing specializing in Nursing Education from American International College, along with an Associate of Arts degree from Springfield Technical Community College.
