Alexandre Oliveira, PMP, MBA, ITIL, currently serves as a Board Member for the Vancouver Chapter of the CIO Association of Canada since April 2024. With extensive experience in IT management and project management, Alexandre has held the position of IT Manager at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia since August 2017, and previously worked as an IT Project Manager at TELUS from August 2015 to August 2017. Other notable roles include Senior Tendering Engineer at Alstom Grid, Senior Project Manager for the Americas at Nokia Siemens Networks, Coordinator of SCADA System at EDP Energias do Brasil S/A, and Field Coordinator at DR Telecomunicacoes LTDA. Alexandre holds an MBA in International Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Instituto Nacional de Telecomunicações - Inatel.
