Kelly Winters

Kelly Winters has extensive experience in workforce development and nursing education, currently serving as the Executive Director of Workforce Development at WorkForce Center, powered by the College of Southern Maryland, since 2011. In the same institution, Kelly also holds the position of Director of Workforce Development and Director of Healthcare, overseeing non-credit nursing and allied health courses. Additionally, Kelly has been an Adjunct Associate Professor for the RN to BSN program at the University of Maryland University College since 2013. Prior experience includes serving as a Community Liaison Nurse at the Chesapeake Potomac Home Health Agency from 1999 to 2011. Academic qualifications include a Masters of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Environmental Health and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland Baltimore, as well as an Associate Degree in Nursing from Charles County Community College.
