Philip Arellano

Philip Arellano currently serves as the Interim Associate Director for Workforce and Economic Development at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, focusing on enhancing workforce skills and opportunities for all Minnesotans. Previously, Philip held multiple roles at RealTime Talent, including Director of Workforce and Education Strategies and Project Manager for Workforce Development, where assistance was provided to various educational and workforce entities to align talent supply and demand. Philip's extensive experience in operational leadership at Target, supervision roles at Starbucks, and program coordination at St. Joseph and NET Ministries has equipped Philip with strong skills in training, strategic resource management, and community engagement. Currently enrolled in a Master of Public Administration program, Philip has also earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Metro State University.
