Madelynn Mountjoy

Madelynn Mountjoy serves as an Information Technology Technician at the College of the Desert since August 2021, where responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting media equipment, computer systems, and peripheral devices. Prior experience includes roles such as Computer Information Systems Support Assistant and Testing Services Technician, along with positions at the California Nurses Educational Institute and The Westin Desert Willow Villas. Madelynn is expected to complete a Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering and Security at Western Governors University by December 2024, complemented by an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from College of the Desert and a CompTIA A+ certification.
