Joe Castaldi

Joe Castaldi currently serves as the Director of Leadership Annual Giving at the College of the Holy Cross, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, extensive experience was gained at Boston College from August 2016 to October 2025, where multiple titles were held, including Senior Associate Director of Leadership Giving and Assistant Director of Athletics Annual Giving. Joe's career in athletics development began at Colorado State University as an Athletics Development Associate from July 2015 to August 2016, following a role at Iowa State University as an Associate for Athletic Special Events and Development from December 2013 to June 2015. Early career experience includes a Special Projects intern position with NASCAR at Pocono International Raceway and a graduate assistant role in athletics at East Stroudsburg University. Joe’s coaching experience includes serving as an Assistant Coach for the Pleasant Valley Ice Hockey Club from 2006 to 2009. Educational credentials consist of a Bachelor of Science in Education and Public Policy from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Sport Management from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
