Samantha McGill

Samantha McGill is an experienced professional with a diverse background in data architecture, music education, and technology. Currently serving as the Director of Data Architecture at the College of the Holy Cross since 2011, Samantha blends leadership and data expertise to optimize data value for stakeholders. Previous roles at the College include ITS Data Administrator and Director of Advancement Systems and Technology. In addition to data management, Samantha is a part-time Professor of Practice and Director of Concert Band at Clark University, leading a dynamic ensemble and creating engaging programs. Prior experience includes significant contributions to Worcester Polytechnic Institute as Orchestra Technical Director and Director of Concert Band, alongside positions in business analysis and engineering at The Hanover Insurance Group and Electric Boat. Samantha holds a BS in Management Engineering with a Biomedical Engineering concentration and a minor in Music from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
