Lindsay Pluger

Lindsay Pluger serves as the High School Program Manager and Program Coordinator at College Possible, with responsibilities including recruitment of students, program implementation, and management of college leaders. Additionally, Lindsay holds the position of Programs Manager and Senior Programs Fellow at Students Today Leaders Forever, a national nonprofit dedicated to youth development and leadership through service. In this role, Lindsay focuses on training and supporting college leaders, managing customer service for stakeholders, and mentoring First-Year Program Fellows. Previous experience includes serving as a 2015-2016 RISE Fellow with New Sector Alliance, where Lindsay participated in leadership and development training. Academic credentials include a Master of Social Work from Augsburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
