Rich Pennington

Rich Pennington is a High School Program Manager at the Science Museum of Minnesota, a position held since October 2009, focusing on recruiting, training, and supervising crew managers and youth employees. Rich implements and manages strategies to enhance program quality and efficiency while collaborating with leadership on youth leadership, STEM career pathways, and community engagement. Previous roles at the Science Museum include Internship Program Manager and Career & Community Connections Internships Manager. Rich also has experience as a Surveyor for the University of Minnesota and began as a High School Crew Member at the Science Museum. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Minnesota.
