Elif Girgin Harmancı

Elif G. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership roles within educational and nonprofit sectors. As the Global Projects and Programmes Director at Young Guru Academy since January 2021, Elif leads initiatives such as YGA UK and the YGA US College Programme, and has been integral to the World Science Movement. Previous roles include STEM Project Manager at Marlborough College, Chevening Scholar, and Project Manager at Twin Science & Robotics. Elif served as an advisor for the NUN Entrepreneurship Student Club and worked as an IB DP CAS Coordinator and psychologist at NUN Schools. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Business Innovation with Entrepreneurship from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Boğaziçi University. Elif is dedicated to fostering intercultural understanding and is committed to empowering the next generation.
