Zach Sheppard

Zach Sheppard is a dedicated program management professional with extensive experience in educational support and community engagement. Currently serving as Program Manager at College Possible since October 2017, Zach oversees a team supporting over 250 students, utilizing data-driven strategies to enhance program effectiveness and expanding partnerships with schools and external programs. Previously, Zach held roles as Senior Program Coordinator and Program Coordinator within the same organization, where leadership of teams and the supervision of AmeriCorps members contributed to successful outcomes for hundreds of students. Zach's earlier experience as a Recruitment Specialist at Year Up involved building partnerships and guiding young adults, leading to significant enrollment growth. Zach began a career in education as an AmeriCorps Member providing college coaching for students at multiple universities. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Human Services Management from Chestnut Hill College and a Bachelor of Science in Music Teacher Education from Lebanon Valley College.
