The Recruitment and Talent team at College Possible is responsible for attracting, engaging, and retaining exceptional staff and AmeriCorps members who are pivotal to the organization's mission. They oversee the recruitment process, manage training initiatives, and ensure effective talent acquisition strategies to build a diverse and committed workforce dedicated to supporting under-represented students in their journey to and through college.
