Charles Knox possesses extensive experience in management and operations within the franchise industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Start-Up Operations at WOW 1 DAY PAINTING since April 2018, Charles specializes in coaching and training new Franchise Partners and developing strategic plans for business growth. Additionally, Charles has been the General Manager at College Pro since 2014, where the focus has been on acquiring essential business skills within a high-performance culture. Earlier, Charles held the role of Franchise Owner at College Pro, concentrating on sales, marketing, customer service, and employee training and management. Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from McGill University - Macdonald Campus, earned between 2007 and 2011.
