Warren Brown

Warren Brown serves as the Executive Director and CEO of College Spark Washington since March 2020, focusing on educational access for underserved students and workforce development statewide. Prior to this role, Warren held several key positions, including President of North Seattle Community College from July 2014 to March 2020, where leadership encompassed all college operations. Experience also includes adjunct faculty roles at Seattle University and the University of Washington, as well as executive roles at Seattle Central Community College, Cascadia Community College, Whatcom Community College, and Pierce College District 11. Warren holds a Doctorate in Education from the University of Washington, alongside multiple degrees in nonprofit administration and communication.
