Kimberley Decker is an experienced educator currently serving as a Teacher at College Station ISD since July 2018. Prior to this role, Kimberley was Faculty at Blinn College from August 2007 to August 2018, where significant contributions included the development of blended, IVC, and online courses, the establishment of a scholarship for first-year students, and the successful re-accreditation of the paramedic program through CoAEMSP. Kimberley also actively participated in faculty governance as a division representative in Faculty Senate and improved the EMS Program's compliance through critical revisions of handbooks and degree plans. Kimberley started the career in emergency services as a 9-1-1 Dispatcher and EMS Provider at Montgomery County Hospital District from February 2004 to January 2011. Kimberley's academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Health Education from Texas A&M University and certifications and degrees from Blinn College and Texas A&M University, focusing on health and paramedicine.
