Gregory Williams

Gregory Williams is an experienced education professional with a strong background in special education and program coordination. Currently serving as a Program Coordinator at College Steps since June 2019, Gregory assists students in planning programs that align with their abilities and interests while monitoring their educational and career progress. Previously, Gregory worked as a Special Education Teacher and Case Manager at Thurgood Marshall Academy, where responsibilities included assessing student needs and developing Individualized Educational Programs (IEPs). Additional roles include serving as a Special Education Teacher at Kingsman Academy Public Charter School and as a Special Education Coordinator at Golden Oak Montessori of Hayward Charter School. Gregory's experience also encompasses teaching at Prince William County Public Schools, focusing on management of learning programs and IEP preparation. Gregory holds a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Johnson C. Smith University.
