Senait Habte

Senait Habte is currently the Executive Director at the College Success Foundation, a position held since March 2022. Previously, Senait served as the Assistant Director at the University of Washington from October 2006 to March 2022, directing the UW Women’s Center’s Making Connections Program and managing various budgets. In an earlier role as Program Manager, efforts were focused on enhancing college enrollment, retention, and career exploration for underrepresented students in STEM fields. Prior experience includes working as a Program Coordinator at the UW Office of Minority Affairs & Diversity, where responsibilities included hiring and training tutor/mentors and collaborating with campus departments to implement college entrance initiatives. Senait holds a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Washington State University.
