Colleen Andersen

Colleen Andersen is an experienced professional in program management and talent acquisition with a demonstrated history of working in youth and community services. Currently serving as the People and Culture Program Manager and formerly as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at College Track since November 2021, Colleen's prior roles include Assistant Manager of Program Services, Senior Program Services Coordinator, and Program Services Coordinator at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts from December 2018 to August 2021. Additionally, Colleen has experience as a Prevention Specialist at OMNI Youth Services and completed an internship at NAMI Rhode Island, where responsibilities included developing materials and supporting events. Colleen holds a degree from Providence College, attended from 2013 to 2017, and completed secondary education at Woodlands Academy of the Sacred Heart from 2009 to 2013.
