Katie Kantor

Katie Kantor has extensive experience in educational program management, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Culture and Director of Enrollment Strategy at College Track since August 2011. In these roles, Katie manages student recruitment and enrollment strategies while leading various projects to enhance scholar retention. Previous positions at College Track include National Director of Program Operations & Knowledge Management, where Katie oversaw knowledge management practices, and Quality & Learning Program Manager, responsible for developing structures for professional learning communities. Katie began professional development as an Operations Manager, where significant contributions included achieving a 96% student retention rate. Katie's earlier experience includes teaching with Breakthrough Collaborative. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management & Organization from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Colorado College.
