Zoe Melczer

Zoe Melczer is the Vice President of Philanthropy at College Track. Prior to their current role, Melczer served as the Senior Development Manager at Partnership for Los Angeles Schools from May 2011 to August 2015. In this role, they were responsible for writing all grant proposals and securing over $4.5M in funding from foundations and corporations. Zoe also managed logistics and budget for the organization's annual 400-person gala dinner, including event production, sponsorship sales, material design and talent.

Melczer has a proven track record of success in designing and overseeing donor-related programs and services, cultivating and soliciting potential donors, and stewarding current donors. Zoe is skilled in tracking fundraising and stewardship activities through Salesforce CRM databases. Through their work, they have demonstrated a deep commitment to improving access to quality education for all students, especially those in high-poverty communities.

Zoe Melczer has a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree in Metropolitan Studies from New York University.

Their manager is Shirley M. Collado, President & CEO. They are on a team with Karen Draper - Interim Chief Finance & Operating Officer, Jessica Rubie - Chief of Staff, and Tina Kim - VP, Site Support.
