Sean Phelps

Sean Phelps has a diverse work experience history. Sean started their career as a Branch Manager and later became the President of the Great Plains Division at College Works Painting, where they successfully managed operations and achieved high sales. In 2008, they founded Five Star Flipper, a company that assists homeowners and realtors in maximizing the value of home sales. Sean Phelps also worked as a Business Analyst at blooom, where they were involved in CRM development, marketing automation, and pricing strategy. Additionally, they owned College Decorating Company from 2008 to 2011.

Sean Phelps earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from the UMKC Henry W. Bloch School of Management from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Saint Louis University, where they also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree. In 2022, Sean Phelps also received certification as a Trained Mentor from Mentor Collective.
