Joseph Recupero III

Joseph Recupero III has a wealth of work experience, beginning with a role as a Crew Member at McDonald's Corporation from 2011-2014. Joseph then held multiple roles at Gettysburg College from 2014-2017, including Peer Educator, Admissions Executive Member, Tour Guide and Ambassador, Track and Field Student Manager, and Research Assistant. In 2017, they were a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant at the Fulbright Commission. From 2019-2020, they worked as an Admissions Counselor at Truman State University, a Circulation Clerk at Columbia University in the City of New York, and a College and Admission Advisor/Advisor Team Lead, as well as an Admission Specialist, at CollegeAdvisor.com. Joseph is currently a Teaching Assistant at the University of California, Davis.

Joseph Recupero III has a background in Anthropology, beginning with a High School Diploma from Kittanning High School in 2013. Joseph then attended Gettysburg College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Political Science in 2017. In 2018, they earned a Master of Arts in Anthropology from Columbia University. Joseph also participated in a Study Abroad Program in Environmental Anthropology at The University of Georgia in 2014 and a School for International Training program in Anthropology in 2015. Currently, Joseph is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Anthropology at the University of California, Davis.
