Andrew Carlson

Andrew Carlson is currently the Vice President of State Strategy at CollegeAPP, where Andrew manages clients and conducts research for business development opportunities. Prior to this, Andrew founded AMC Consulting and provided consulting services for various organizations. Andrew also held positions at SHEEO, serving as the Vice President of Finance Policy and Member Services, Principal Policy Analyst, Senior Policy Analyst, and Policy Analyst. Before joining SHEEO, Andrew worked at the Colorado Department of Higher Education as the Budget and Financial Aid Director. Andrew holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Indiana University Bloomington.
