Joseph Ponmany

Joseph Ponmany has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joseph recently joined CollegeDekho as the Dean of Financial Programs, where they oversee financial academics operations, admissions, syllabus designing, and training. Joseph also has expertise in student acquisition, counseling, and career coaching. Prior to this, Joseph worked as an Associate Director at BANKEDGE. In their role, they contributed to the company's operations. Before BANKEDGE, Joseph served as the DGM of Operations & Faculty for Finance at Talentedge Education Ventures Pvt. Ltd. Joseph was responsible for managing operations and faculty members in the finance department. Joseph also worked as the Academics Director & Head of Training at Fazlani Academy of Business Sciences, where they played a key role in directing academics and training programs. Earlier in their career, Joseph was an Entrepreneur & Channel Partner at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited. Joseph also worked at L&T as a Senior Manager and at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance as a Manager in administration roles. Joseph's earliest role was as a Facilities Specialist at Royal Caribbean International. Throughout their career, Joseph has developed a comprehensive skillset and gained valuable experience in various industries.

Joseph Ponmany completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai in 1993. In 2005, they pursued an Executive MBA in Marketing from SIES College of Management Studies in India. In 2019, they obtained an MBA in Finance from Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, specializing in Finance and Financial Management Services. Currently, Joseph is enrolled in a PhD program in Finance at Pacific University Udaipur, which they are expected to complete in 2025.
