Leah Neilly

Leah is a Vice President and Execution Counsel in Coller’s Investment team, responsible for the structuring, negotiating and execution of investments. Leah is based in the firm’s London office.

Prior to joining Coller Capital in 2022, Leah worked with abrdn Plc as Legal Counsel for the private equity team and led legal negotiations on a range of primaries, secondaries, co-investments and direct transactions. Leah trained as a corporate lawyer at Dickson Minto W.S. in both Edinburgh and London.

Leah holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB, Hons) with French Language from the University of Glasgow and a Maîtrise en Droit from the University of Strasbourg.
