Brandon Gartrell has extensive experience in GIS and management, currently serving as SaaS Team Lead and Manager of GIS Operations at Collier Consulting, Inc. since 2013. Prior to this, Brandon held the position of GIS Manager at Tarleton State University's Center for Agribusiness Excellence from March 2012 to 2013 and was the GIS Team Lead at QinetiQ North America from January 2006 to March 2012.
