Carl P. O'Brien, PE, PP, CME, CPWM has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and government services. Carl P. began their career in 1999 at Boswell Engineering, where they served as a Project Manager until 2005. In the same year, they joined Colliers Engineering & Design as the Principal - Geographic Discipline Leader, Governmental Services. In this role, they led teams that represented over 50 communities as the Municipal Engineer and/or Board Engineer for the northern New Jersey region. Additionally, since 2005, they have been working at Maser Consulting Inc. as a Principal, where they have held various positions such as Municipal Engineer, Planning/Zoning Board Engineer, Manager of Engineering, and Manager of the Sports and Recreation Division. Carl P.'sresponsibilities at Maser Consulting Inc. included managing capital improvement projects, land development plan review, and serving as an expert witness. Carl P.'stenure at Maser Consulting Inc. lasted until February 2021.

Carl P. O'Brien, PE, PP, CME, CPWM obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Rutgers University, where they attended from 1994 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Paramus High School from 1990 to 1994. Carl also holds several additional certifications, including being a Certified Municipal Engineer and Certified Public Works Manager in New Jersey, as well as being a Professional Engineer in various states such as NJ, NY, PA, RI, CT, NC, SC, FL, and TX. Additionally, they are a Professional Planner in New Jersey.
