Justin Thornton

Justin Thornton, PE has extensive experience in engineering and design. Justin started their career at KZA Engineering in 2003 as a Project Engineer/Project Manager and worked on various commercial and residential projects. In 2012, KZA Engineering was purchased by Maser Consulting, and Justin continued their work with them. At Maser Consulting, they held multiple roles including Project Manager and Associate/Project Manager, managing projects from conceptualization to completion. Justin designed and obtained approvals for quick service restaurants, residential projects, and general retail in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. In 2016, they became a Senior Associate/Project Manager. In 2021, Maser Consulting rebranded as Colliers Engineering & Design, and Justin became a Principal Associate/Department Manager. Justin'sresponsibilities at Colliers include managing projects and overseeing the entire project lifecycle.

Justin Thornton, PE obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Civil Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
