Curtis M. Mummau, CPM®, serves as the Managing Director at Colliers since August 2023, where responsibilities include leading and collaborating with firm leaders to oversee business operations and enhance client services. Previously, Mummau held the position of Senior Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer for nearly 28 years, directing the Commercial Property and Project Management Business, managing diverse real estate product types, and driving strategic growth initiatives. Mummau has also contributed to the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate, Virginia Tech as Chair of the Property Management Advisory Board, and the Virginia Association of REALTORS® as Chair of the Commercial Alliance. With a Bachelor's degree in Property Management/Real Estate from Virginia Tech and experience in hospitality from Marriott Hotels, Mummau’s career reflects a strong commitment to leadership, industry engagement, and client-focused solutions.
