Eric Annaert

Eric Annaert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector, particularly focusing on healthcare and religious real estate. Since May 1986, Eric has held various roles at Colliers, including Partner and Director of Colliers Maatschappelijk vastgoed. Eric plays a critical role in growing Occupier Services in the Netherlands and has been an active partner of Zorgvastgoed.nl since January 2016. Additional leadership positions include serving as the Chairman of the financial committee for the Nederlandse Vereniging van Makelaars and Co-Chair of the financial committee for the SIOR European Conference.
