Maddie Perica is an Analyst in Valuation & Advisory Services at Colliers and previously served as a Real Estate Valuations Analyst at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust. Currently pursuing studies at the UBC Sauder School of Business, Maddie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honours in Marketing Management from the Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph, completed in April 2021.
