Philip Gagnon

Philip Gagnon, SIOR, is a Principal at Colliers since September 2008, specializing in the valuation and analysis of Commercial Investment Real Estate across various asset sectors excluding Retail. Gagnon employs software evaluation tools such as Excel and Argus to support client decision-making. As President of the SIOR Connecticut/W. Massachusetts Chapter since October 2018, Gagnon manages chapter budgets, marketing, public relations, sponsorship, and recruitment while overseeing business affairs. Previously, Gagnon was a Commercial Real Estate Agent at O,R&L Commercial, where over $200 million in transactional value was achieved. Gagnon also served as President of US One from January 1993 to January 1996, overseeing all operations. Gagnon's education includes a B.S. in Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a French Language certificate from Eurocentres.
