Alexander Caracciolo

Alexander Caracciolo is an experienced engineering professional with a solid background in electrical engineering and product introduction. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager for New Product Introduction at Collins Aerospace since March 2019, Alexander is responsible for transitioning avionics products from prototype to flight-ready hardware, leading technical reviews, and supporting factory operations. Previous roles include Test Engineer positions at Sub-Zero Group, Inc., where Alexander developed applications using LabVIEW, analyzed data for test improvements, and integrated IoT technologies. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineering from UW-Platteville and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same institution. Alexander has also contributed to sustainability initiatives as a Sustainability Assistant and developed academic support programs as a Peer-Assisted Leader.
