Heather Silseth

Heather Silseth is an experienced engineering and operations leader currently serving as the Engineering Manager for New Product Introduction at Valmont Industries, Inc. since November 2023. Previously, Heather held various roles at John Deere from July 2008 to March 2023, including Supply Chain Integration Team Leader, Program Manager, Marketing and Product Manager, and Technical Program Manager, where responsibilities ranged from strategy development and cross-functional teamwork to project management and customer engagement. Heather's early career included positions as Marketing Manager at Nor-Son, Technical Manager at AE2S, Project Engineer at Cybertrol Engineering, and Control Systems Engineer at VECO Engineering. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Data Analytics at Bellevue University, Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of North Dakota.
