Amy Silker is a seasoned procurement and supply chain management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Business Process Management - ARIBA at Collins Aerospace, Amy supports the Ariba Business System across all integrated locations and handles Supplier Relationship Management. Previous positions include managing Interentity procurement for Heritage Rockwell Collins and providing procurement support for government subcontracts in the avionics sector. Earlier career roles involved materials management and scheduling at Powers Manufacturing Inc. and Bachman Tool & Die Co., where Amy developed a strong foundation in sourcing and vendor management. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Northern Iowa and a diploma from Oelwein High School.
