Elizabeth Shroyer

Elizabeth Shroyer is an experienced professional in engineering and management, currently serving as Site Leader, Engineering Manager, and Subcontract Program Manager at Collins Aerospace since January 2019, following roles at Rockwell Collins where responsibilities included Product Quality Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer. With a background in industrial engineering and manufacturing, Shroyer has demonstrated expertise in operations rotation programs, cost savings initiatives, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Iowa, expected to be completed in December 2024. Additionally, Shroyer has contributed to research and education initiatives during time as an undergraduate research assistant and student role model at Iowa State University.
