Gayathri Kovvuri

Gayathri Kovvuri is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the India Candidate Care Lead at Raytheon Technologies since December 2019, after progressing from the role of Human Resources Coordinator. Prior experience includes a position as Human Resources Executive at BHEL-GE Gas Turbine Services Private Limited from November 2016 to October 2018. Gayathri holds an Executive Development Program in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur (2022-2023), a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Osmania University, Hyderabad (2014-2016), and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad (2010-2014).
