Justin Stowall

Justin Stowall, MBA, PMP, serves as the Associate Director of Program Management at Collins Aerospace, overseeing profit and loss for significant business portfolios with program values in the hundreds of millions. Previously at L3Harris Technologies, Justin held roles that included Senior Manager of Program Management, where responsibilities encompassed leadership of development and low-rate production programs, particularly in unmanned aerial vehicles, and management of multi-functional teams. Justin’s earlier career includes notable positions at Rockwell Collins, leading global teams in flight management software and overseeing production and procurement functions, as well as project management at E.V. Williams Inc. Justin holds an MBA in Finance from Strayer University and a BS in Industrial Technology from Old Dominion University.
