Libbey Swearingen

Libbey Swearingen, CPSM, is currently the Associate Director of Procurement at Collins Aerospace, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this, Libbey served as Supply Chain Manager at UTC Aerospace Systems - Landing Systems from July 2016 to February 2022 and as Senior Commodity Manager at UTC Aerospace Systems from January 2015 to February 2022. Earlier experience includes working as Commodity Manager - MRO at Emerson Climate Technologies, where responsibilities included managing a $130M domestic MRO plant spend, and roles in customer service at Fenner Dunlop. Libbey holds an MBA from Bluffton University and a BBA from Tiffin University, both in Business Administration and Management.
