Michelle Vagle

Michelle Vagle is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as ANS Chief Engineer and Staff Lead at Collins Aerospace since August 2019, Michelle has previously held prominent positions such as Chief Engineer/Technical Director at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems from September 2009 to September 2022, and Department Manager Program Engineering at Raytheon Network Centric Systems from January 2004 to December 2009. Michelle's expertise encompasses a variety of high-profile projects, including the Design Agent for the Navy Single Integrated Air Picture (SIAP) and contributions to Trident Warrior Experimentation and international collaborations with the United Kingdom and Australia. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completing studies from 1987 to 1991.
