Wayne Flory

Wayne Flory is an experienced professional in supply chain management and operations, currently serving as the Executive Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Systems and Executive Director of Avionics Supply Chain at Collins Aerospace since January 2019. With a long tenure at Rockwell Collins, beginning in 1987, Wayne has held various leadership roles, including Sr. Director of Advanced Operations & Services and Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, as well as Vice President of Supply Chain from April 2014 to December 2018. Wayne's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Iowa (1990-1993) and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University (1982-1987).
