John R. Bielawski

John Bielawski has over thirty years of experience in structural engineering. He joined Collins in 2008, managed the Albany office for over ten years, and is now the Regional Manager for New York State. He is a civil engineer licensed in seven northeast states and has managed and worked on projects for both private and public clients. His career has included extensive inspection experience including bridge, sign, and canal inspections with roles as team leader, quality control engineer, and project manager.
