Ryan McCoy

Ryan McCoy, P.E. is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in waterfront engineering. Currently serving as Assistant Regional Manager and Senior Project Manager at Collins Engineers, Inc. since July 2020, Ryan previously worked as Managing Engineer at Pare Corporation from September 2007 to July 2020, where responsibilities included inspection, design, and construction phase services along the east coast. Ryan began the career at Vine Associates, Inc. as an Engineer from 2005 to 2007. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, completed between 2003 and 2006, along with studies at Merrimack College from 2002 to 2003.
