Timothy D. Weeks

Tim Weeks is a structural engineer with over twenty-one years of experience. As Regional Manager of Collins’ offices in Virginia Beach, Newport News, and Fairfax, Virginia, Tim is responsible for overseeing projects and operations, office finances, and maintaining and developing client relationships.

Tim’s experience includes design and assessment of marine structures, bridges, traffic controls, tunnels, and retaining walls, as well as industrial, commercial, and residential structures. Tim is a certified Limited Level II NDT inspector and a commercially trained engineer-diver.

Tim is adept at coordinating multiple teams and subconsultants while balancing client needs with contracted budgets and scopes. He takes pride in providing exceptional client service.
