Drew O’Malley

Drew has over 15 years’ experience in the fast food industry having held various roles at AmRest including Chief Operating Officer and Brand President KFC. Drew’s roles at AmRest included President of the Central Europe Division in which he was responsible for over 500 restaurants across 4 brands (KFC, Pizza Hut, Starbucks and Burger King) and several countries in Central Europe with annual sales of over US$600 million. Drew will be responsible for the daily operation of Collins Foods Australia’s expanding network of restaurants and will form a key part of the executive management team in executing the business strategy in Australia.
