Nicole Wildman has extensive work experience in the field of safety and wellbeing. Nicole'smost recent role is as the Head of Safety & Wellbeing at Collins Foods Limited, where they started in April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Wellbeing, Health & Safety Manager at Sunshine Coast Council from February 2022 to April 2023. From November 2016 to February 2022, they served as the WHS Manager at Collins Foods Limited. Nicole also held positions such as Senior Safety and Wellbeing Advisor at RSL Care in 2016, and Owner and Managing Director at Relocation Services Australia from February 2014 to November 2016. Before that, they worked as the WHS Manager at CUA - Credit Union Australia Limited from July 2012 to February 2014. Earlier in their career, they had roles as a Regulatory Specialist, Health and Safety Advisor at Total Workplace Solutions in 2012, and as a Principal Advisor at Workplace Health and Safety Queensland from October 1999 to January 2012. Nicole also served as the Regional Operations Manager at Workplace Health and Safety Queensland from February 2003 to October 2010, and as a Workplace Health and Safety Inspector, Occupational Hygiene from January 1999 to October 2004.

Nicole Wildman has a Bachelor of Behavioural Science with a double major in Psychology and Work and Health from Griffith University, completed in 1995. Nicole also holds a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Hygiene from Deakin University, completed in 2003. In addition, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Industrial Hygiene Science from Deakin University in 2002. Nicole has obtained several certifications, including being a Wellness Designs Practitioner from the Australasian Leadership Academy (2023), a Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator from KINNECT Training (2023), and completing the Art of Influence Program from The Colin James Method (2022).
