Gary Steadman, MBA, FCICM has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Gary is currently serving as the Senior Vice President Global Business Services & Operations at Collinson, where they lead a large global team. Previously, they worked as the Head of Business Services at Associated British Ports and as the Head of EMEA Shared Services at Lonza.

Gary also held positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they played a vital role in setting up a new shared service center and later managed the Order to Cash and Procure to Pay teams. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Credit & Revenue Control at Eversheds, overseeing credit control and revenue control functions.

Earlier in their career, Gary worked at Adecco UK, where they managed credit control, accounts receivable, and billing functions while also establishing a new Shared Services center in Bulgaria. Gary also gained experience at Match Group plc, establishing a new Shared Service Center for a temporary medical recruitment agency.

Gary's work experience extends to Alexander Mann Solutions, where they were responsible for credit control across multiple recruitment companies. Throughout their career, they have achieved significant successes in staff development, metric achievement, process improvement, and financial performance.

Gary Steadman has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, which they obtained from the University of Roehampton from 2015 to 2018. In addition to their MBA, they hold multiple certifications including Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from The Knowledge Academy in 2019, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Learning Lean in 2022, a Certificate in HR Management from HRD Online in 2014, and a Credit Management Diploma - Distinction from Credit Management Training Ltd in 2002. Gary is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (FCICM), which they obtained from the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) in 1999. Gary's educational background reflects a strong focus and expertise in business administration, management, and credit management.
