Kirsten Pattie

Kirsten Pattie is the Global Head of Customer Experience and Insight at Collinson. Prior to this, Kirsten worked as a Principal CX Strategy and Transformation Director at PA Consulting. Kirsten has a background in customer experience strategy and insight, having founded and directed Wanderwell CX. Kirsten has also held roles at companies such as CGA Experience, Historic Royal Palaces, RAPP, and Havas EHS. Kirsten's education includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Marketing Management from CIM and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Cardiff University.
